Lost an inch on my arms and about the same or more for the waist .

Had my first Hydrafacial ever and what an experience. It felt amazing!  My skin was dry and dull and now it’s so smooth and glowing. Bethany (Aesthetician) was so sweet and walked me through every step and educated me on to take  care of my skin. She truly cares about her clients. I can’t wait to go back and have it done again. Bethany you rock!

Cryo-slimming is a gift I gave to myself. I've fought with a belt of fat my whole life and now, after only 4 treatments I've lost two inches on my waist. The process is easy and relaxing, I've also added the NMS program to build additional muscle and loose fat in other areas, I can't say enough. I suffered an injury that prevents me from going to the gym for the past few years, this gives me a 4 hour work out in about 30 minutes with no impact. Heather and Lenny and all the staff make everyone feel welcome and are just plain nice people, I cant recommend this place any higher, you will be happy you chose to go there, there's no doubt.

Love this place & the staff!  They have so many solutions to help people stay healthy, get fit, lose weight, tone up, support detox & immunity…naturally & non-invasively!! That is the best part!  They have great nutrition supplements, the massage therapist Peg, is amazing!! Aja is awesome! She is so personable & does a great job delivering services. The owners, Lennie & Heather do a great job!  Definitely get a free consult or attend their next Client Appreciation night!.

I went in to start the CryoSkin slimming on my butt and upper thighs and I was very pleased with my experience at hydrate and heal. I’ve been insecure about my body and obviously these procedures are going to take time to show a difference but over time I started to see progress and I am looking forward to my next appointment.
