 Despite our positive testimonials, Hydrate and Heal by Heather™ makes no guarantee about products, treatments & services. 


All sales are final as CryoSkin hours are prepaid through manufacturer and are non - refundable. No refunds on partially used or completed packages. No refunds on unused packages.  

Refund Poilcy 

All sales are final as CryoSkin Revolution & NMS hours are prepaid through manufacturer and are non - refundable. No refunds on partially used or completed packages on any treatments performed at Hydrate and Heal. No refunds on unused packages on any treatments performed at Hydrate and Heal. 


Spa Policy

 IF YOU ARE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT YOU’RE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND AND/OR YOUR SERVICE TIME WILL BE REDUCED. A “NO SHOW” OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 RESCHEDULING FEE. 


Cryoskin Revolution and NMS time frame

All treatments at Hydrate and Heal once started expire after 6 months and are no longer valid no matter how many treatments are left.
