Appointment Policy

Hydrate & Heal has in place the following appointment policies as a way to ensure courteous and efficient service to all clients.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Like most, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice when requesting to cancel or change appointments. If an appointment is missed or cancelled outside the 24 hour window, a $50 fee may be charged. (We really don’t want to charge you! Please call or text us with your request to cancel/reschedule with as much advance notice as possible so we can give your slot to another client.)

Late Arrivals

Bottom line—we really do need the full allocated time in order to complete a full treatment for you. Hydrate & Heal is often booked back to back with clients, and we appreciate your understanding if we request to re-schedule if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. Repeat offenders may be charged a fee if lateness persists and causes issues for client bookings. Please be mindful of traffic and other factors when planning your travel time to us. We’re near the bridge and 275 so vacation traffic can be heavy at times.

New Clients

During treatments at Hydrate & Heal, we may get all up in your business. For that reason, clients should wear appropriate undergarments (such as a sports bra and underwear or boy shorts for women, and shorts or swim trunks for men) for all appointments including Consultation, Slimming and Toning. If you forgot undergarments, we reserve the right to re-schedule you for your comfort during treatment. Just trust us on this one.

Cryoskin Terms of Service

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Terms

The Cryoskin safely and effectively uses thermal shock to naturally destroy fat cells without any damage to the skin. The Cryoskin breaks down fat cells, which your body naturally flushes out through the bloodstream and then the lymphatic system in the days to weeks following the session.

Cryoskin also helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite, fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen and elastin production while tightening muscles. Cryoskin is also beneficial for facial toning and lifting. Protocols will be discussed and or adjusted during consultation based on recommendations and guest needs.

Cryoskin results may vary depending on individual factors including but not limited to medical history, prior treatments of the area being treated, skin type, medication, hormones, patient compliance with pre/post session instructions and individual response to treatment.

Cryoskin treatments will sometimes leave the area treated with a red rash that can sometimes also be itchy this usually only lasts from 30 minutes to a few days.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Despite our positive Cryoskin testimonials, Hydrate and Heal® makes no guarantee about Cryoskin services. Due to Cryoskin are in-person services, returns, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

No-Show appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the price of the service booked. A cancellation 1.5 hours prior to the start of your appointment time will be considered a No-Show. Being 15+ minutes late without notice will be considered a No-Show. Our technician’s time is just as valuable as yours!

Refund Poilcy

All sales are final as CryoSkin Revolution & NMS hours are prepaid through manufacturer and are non - refundable. No refunds on partially used or completed packages on any treatments performed at Hydrate and Heal. No refunds on unused packages on any treatments performed at Hydrate and Heal.

Spa Policy

IF YOU ARE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT YOU’RE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND AND/OR YOUR SERVICE TIME WILL BE REDUCED. A “NO SHOW” OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 RESCHEDULING FEE.

Cryoskin Revolution and NMS time frame

All treatments at Hydrate and Heal once started expire after 6 months and are no longer valid no matter how many treatments are left.
