Mr. Swearingen is an executive coach, organizational consultant and business owner with more than 21 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual executives, teams and organizations. His background encompasses a wide range of programs and initiatives for individual development, team building, organization design, and facilitation. His practical approach to leadership and organization development began during his 6 years at Wachovia Bank, where Lennie served as Vice President of Business Banking overseeing South Pinellas County focusing on helping the growth and profitability of small businesses, as well as Manager of Training and Director of Staffing for small business bankers in the region. Since leaving the banking world, Lennie has started and owned several small Businesses that have all exceeded 1 million in sales.

Lennie started a gospel music company L&S Entertainment LLC later becoming the American Music Group LLC and served as the COO of Asone Sound Records based in Chicago, during those years Lennie managed, promoted, and served as tour manager on concerts and events around the world performing in venues with 30,000 to 100,000 in attendance and later performing in front of billions as his choir performed with Jennifer Hudson & Faith Hill at Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa, FL. Asone Sound Records and his company was bought out by Sony Records shortly after that event.

In 2012 Lennie reached back to his banking days with his contacts with Mortgage reps and Realtors and started Rock Solid Home Inspections LLC during the 7 years Rock Solid became the premier home inspection company in Tampa Bay and became the first and only official Home Inspection company of a city becoming the official inspection company for Tampa, and Clearwater. During those 7 years he spoke at realtor and first time home buyer events numerous times every week. The vast experiences he has gained from these positions has given him the knowledge and understanding of how to create buzz about a business and how to focus the right time and energy to specific marketing to maximize growth potential of any business. In 2018 Lennie sold Rock Solid Home Inspections and became a consultant for the new owners for the next few years while he and his wife Heather researched and planned for their next business.

In 2021 Hydrate and Heal LLC aka Hydrate and Heal by Heather was born. Over the course of the last two years Heather and Lennie have turned a complete start up practice with no prior experience into the #1 Cryoskin Revolution dealer in volume in Southeast Florida and growing. Their treatment results have gained the attention of Open Sea Distribution who made them a Certified Training Center for Cryoskin Revolution and the NMS for the United States. They are also the 2021 City’s Best Award winning Body sculpting MedSpa in Tampa Bay. 

Lennie is a Master Certified trainer for Cryoskin Revolution and NMS, and a Marquis Who's Who in America award winner.

Aja LaRosa is a Certified Cryoskin Technician, Certifed Medical Assistant and a Licensed Esthetician. She has always had a passion for the beauty industry ever since she was a little girl. Her mission is to take her knowledge and help make you feel beautiful and confident from the inside out.       

Barrie has over 18 years of experience in the medical field and has been teaching Phlebotomy for over 15 years. She brings her wealth of medical knowledge along with her huge heart to help clients at Hydrate and Heal live their best lives Naturally.
